Dance

Dance has been a part of human history since the earliest records of human life. Dancing gives us refreshing energy, an optimistic attitude among us. Blocking out the world, forgetting about all your problems and freeing your soul, are all parts of dance. You have to be comfortable allowing others to see the real you. Being a dancer, you have to reach deep inside and find a very different person in yourself and express that person. One can express all of their emotions through movement and that alone is incredible.
