Fitness is defined as the quality or state of being fit and healthy. Around 1950, perhaps consistent with the Industrial Revolution and the treatise of World War II, the term "fitness" increased in western vernacular by a factor of ten. The modern definition of fitness describes either a person or machine's ability to perform a specific function or a holistic definition of human adaptability to cope with various situations.

Developing research has demonstrated that many of the benefits of exercise are mediated through the role of skeletal muscle as an endocrine organ. That is, contracting muscles release multiple substances known as myokines, which promote the growth of new tissue, tissue repair, and various anti-inflammatory functions, which in turn reduce the risk of developing various inflammatory diseases.

Due to this Global pandemic situation people have neglected their personal health. Fitness is compromised by people. But due to lockdown people are unable to get outside for their fitness and well-being. They’re distracted by the global pandemic to pay attention to themselves. There are many others ways to workout in indoors. Yoga is the best way which makes us physical and as well as mental health. In this pandemic people should focus on their health. Fitness also includes proper nutrition and healthy food. Yoga and meditation can also to cure various diseases and even covid-19. This virus is not dangerous as everyone thinking. Proper food intake and daily exercise and yoga can also help to cure and fight with this virus along with proper medicines. There is a quote which proves that health is very important “Health Is wealth”.

Some covid-19 health tips which I would like to share with everyone: 1) Take water steam for 5-10 mins daily whenever you come home from outside. Because this virus stays 3-4 days in our nostrils that’s why doctor prescribed to take steams. 2) Consume vitamin C in any form to improve and build up immunity system which helps to fight such viruses. 3) Always keeps your hands clean and always wash your hands before eating. 4) Put up a proper mask while in public. Fitness must be our priorities and we should always take care our health and helps each other in these pandemic situation
